Our office institutes a 24-hour cancellation policy. You are welcome to make any changes, reschedule, or cancel an appointment up until 24 hours previous to the appointment time. If you must cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, a late cancellation fee will be applied to your account. We do our best to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules, so we ask for the same courtesy.

There are thousands of insurance plans, so we always check your benefits 48 hours before your appointment.
