Am I a good candidate for whitening/botox?

Possibly- each patient is different and there are many factors that may affect whether you are a good candidate for certain procedures. Please ask your dentist at your next appointment, or schedule a consultation with us today!

Do you take my insurance?

Please contact our office directly, so we can confirm your eligibility, participation in our networks, and benefit details. There are thousands of insurance plans, so we always check your benefits 48 hours before your appointment. If we are unable to confirm your eligibility, we cannot guarantee your benefit details, which may end up in unexpected costs.

I’m a new patient- how much will ________ cost?

We cannot give cost estimates for procedures over the phone, if you are a new patient, and/or we have not diagnosed you previously. To confirm your correct treatment, consider your options, and review your cost estimates, you will have to make an appointment to see the doctor.

Do you do Second Opinion appointments?

Yes! We are happy to see new patients who want to ensure that their treatment is the best option for them. Contact the office and let them know what you’re looking for. If you can provide your previous treatment plan, we can definitely compare and confirm our diagnosis, to ensure your treatment is right for you.

Do you offer financing?

We do! Many procedures have a large out-of-pocket cost, so to help with that expense, we utilize the CareCredit card as a financing option for  our patients. For more details, visit www.carecredit.com

Can I pay my bill online?

Not yet, we are in the process of adding this feature. Please contact the office directly, where you may either pay over the phone with a credit card, or mail in a check.

Do you offer Invisalign?

We do! Dr. Dyoco would be happy to see you for a consultation, where we can determine if you’re a good candidate for Invisalign, how long your case would take to complete, and confirm the costs for you. Call us today for a dental appointment!

I’m scared of the dentist! I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time, what should I do?

We pride ourselves in welcoming our patients to a clean, comfortable, calm atmosphere. We have seen patients in all states of varying dental health, and understand that sometimes just making that first appointment is scary. We are happy to educate, guide, and hold your hand through the process, all you have to do is ask! This is a judgement free zone, and we will never shame or embarrass our patients- we are here to help you, first and foremost, to achieve your ideal dental health!

Can I use my HSA/Flex card?

You can! If it is a medical, dental, or vision expense, that is what your health savings card is for. Please see your specific card company’s details for terms and conditions.

Do you do sedative dentistry?

No, we do not.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our office institutes a 24-hour cancellation policy. You are welcome to make any changes, reschedule, or cancel an appointment up until 24 hours previous to the appointment time. If you must cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, a late cancellation fee will be applied to your account. We do our best to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules, so we ask for the same courtesy.
